Ingredients for 1 Glass
For the red bean rooibos ginger lemonade
- 50 cl water
- ½ sachet of Kissa rooibos tea powder
- 200 g sweetened red bean puree
- 5 cl freshly pressed ginger juice
- 15 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10 cl simple syrup
For the cocktail
- 3 cl STROH 80
- 3 cl cassia wine
- 15 cl red bean rooibos ginger lemonade
- ½ lime
Preparation
For the red bean rooibos ginger lemonade
- Mix water with Kissa rooibos tea powder and sweetened red bean puree.
- Strain the mixture and stir in ginger juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup (2:1 ratio).
- Carbonate using a SodaStream®.
For the cocktail
- Use a hand juice press to squeeze out the lime half into a copper cup.
- Add some ice and the other ingredients and stir.
