Iced tea with a twist

It's tea time - and everyone stays cool. Because here, the classic "tea and rum" is shaken with ice cubes and served in a chilled teacup.

Ingredients for 1 glass

  • 5 cl STROH 40
  • 1 teabag milky oolong
  • 2.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cl elderflower syrup

 

Preparation

Steep the milk oolong teabag in STROH for 4 minutes.
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and serve in an ice-cold teacup.
