A berry delight

For those who think that STROH is only for winter, prepare to be pleasantly surprised by this refreshing cocktail. STROH adds a delightful touch to cocktails even on hot days. This recipe impresses with STROH-infused ice cubes, fresh berries, and refreshing tonic.

Ingredients for 6 Servings

For the STROH ice cubes

  • 260 ml water
  • 40 ml STROH 40 or STROH 80, depending on preference


For the cocktail

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • ice cubes
  • 125 g berries
  • 2-3 STROH ice cubes
  • 600 ml tonic water


For the STROH ice cubes

  • Mix STROH with water.
  • Fill ice cube trays or freezer bags.
  • Let them freeze overnight in the freezer.


For the cocktail

  • Cut lemons and limes into slices.
  • Place two to three ice cubes in a glass.
  • Alternate layers of berries, lemon and lime slices, and STROH ice cubes in the glasses.
  • Top with tonic water and serve immediately – chilled to perfection.
