Makes Rum Cola ready for summer

Rum and cola are the perfect duo when it comes to mixing a fuss-free and delicious drink. This recipe takes the classic combination to the next level for hot days: serving it over crushed ice with a splash of lemon juice. Get ready for the next summer party with this refreshing twist!

Ingredients for 6-8 small servings

  • 350 ml cola
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 75 ml STROH 40
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • lemon and lime slices for garnish



  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together.
  • Place with the lid on top in the freezer for at least six hours (preferably overnight). During the first two hours, stir several times with a fork.
  • Just before serving, remove from the freezer. Stir roughly with a large spoon and serve garnished with lemon and lime slices.
