This cocktail is a bittersweet symphony of exotic ingredients and subtle spices, making it a perfect choice for an after-dinner indulgence.

Ingredients for 1 Glass

For the calamansi honey

  • 10 cl calamansi puree
  •  250 g honey


For the Cocktail

  • 3 cl STROH 60
  • 3 cl herbal bitters
  • 3 cl calamansi honey
  • 2cl lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers black walnut bitters
  • tonka bean



For the calamansi honey

  • Thoroughly mix 10 cl calamansi puree (Boiron or Ponthier brand) with 250 g honey.


For the cocktail

  • Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and top with grated tonka bean.
