Cocktails with STROH 80

bittersweet and dramatic

As bittersweet as a dramatic act in the theater: The Nestrohy is a long drink that combines STROH with carefully selected ingredients and is served with orange and rosemary. The famous Austrian playwright Johann Nestroy would've loved it.

Ingredients for 1 Glass

  • 3 cl STROH 80
  • 2 cl Trockenbeerenauslese
  • 2 cl Zweigelt or Roesler
  • 2 cl Campari
  • 1 pinch salt

 

Preparation

Stir all ingredients with ice cubes in an Old Fashioned glass until chilled.
Serve garnished with a slice of orange and a rosemary twig.
