When there's something to celebrate, it often doesn't take long for the champagne corks to pop. But the sparkling classic can be made into more: With a few rum fruits in the glass, the popular drink becomes a particularly sophisticated treat.

Ingredients for 1 Glass

  • Sparkling wine (quantity to taste)
  • 2 tbsp rum pot fruits

 

Preparation

Place two tablespoons of rum pot fruits in a champagne glass and top with sparkling wine.
Serve with a spoon.
