For the Jujube almond milk

  • 1 l unsweetened almond milk
  • 250 to 300 g of Korean Honey Jujube Tea

 

For the cocktail

  • 3 cl STROH 60
  • 3 cl rum cream
  • 8 cl jujube almond milk
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

 

Preparation

For the Jujube almond milk

  • Mix 1 l of unsweetened almond milk with 250 to 300 g of Korean honey jujube tea.

 

For the cocktail

  • Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes.
  • Strain into Chinese wooden jujube cups or a cocktail bowl.
  • Finally, grate some nutmeg over it.
