Ingredients for 1 Glass
- 4 cl STROH 80
- 2 cl beetroot juice
- 2 cl coconut cream
- 0,5 cl absinthe
- 1,5 cl verjuice
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes and use a gold-trimmed porcelain tea service to serve.
- Arrange two beetroot chips as a garnish.
