A perfect finish

This orange rum parfait is a delicious dessert creation that combines the fruity freshness of oranges with the tantalizing aroma of STROH. With a base of whipped cream and eggs, this parfait offers an irresistible texture. The crowning glory of this indulgence is the rum pot fruit, which adds a sweet and aromatic note to the dessert. A perfect finish to any festive meal!

Ingredients for 8-10 Servings

  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • zest 1/2 organic orange
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons STROH from the rum pot
  • Rum pot fruits for garnish

 

Preparation

  • Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until creamy.
  • Beat eggs together with the crystal and vanilla sugar, salt and orange zest until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in STROH.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Rinse molds with cold water, drain, fill with mixture and freeze covered with plastic wrap, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, thaw briefly, arrange on a plate and decorate with rum pot fruits. Enjoy!
