Ingredients for 1 Glass
- 4 cl STROH 60
- 6 cl ketchup
- 1 cl verjuice
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- 0.5 cl light soya sauce
- 1 pinch each of salt and black pepper
- 3–4 squirts Tabasco sauce (Choose Tabasco sauce variety according to desired spiciness)
Preparation
- Briefly stir together all ingredients with ice cubes.
- Serve in ice-cold stoneware or a clay bowl.
- Garnish with sun-dried tomatoes.
