Preparation

Finely cut the cabbage. Season generously with salt and massage the cabbage. Drizzle vinegar over the cabbage. Let it marinate until serving.

Soak raisins and cranberries in rum.

Finely grate carrots and celeriac, season with salt.

Mix together cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and rum.

Drain cabbage and raisins/cranberries.

Mix mayonnaise-mix togher with all other ingredients. Season to taste.
