The most flavorful coleslow

Get ready to elevate your coleslaw salad to a whole new level of flavor with the delightful combination of raisins and STROH. This recipe takes the classic coleslaw and adds a twist of sweetness and a hint of indulgence. The plump raisins provide bursts of natural sweetness, while STROH brings a subtle and intriguing depth to the dressing.

Ingredients for 8 Servings

  • ½ cabbage
  • 100 g raisins or cranberries
  • 50 ml STROH 40
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ celeriac
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp STROH 40
  • juice of 1 organic lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper



  • Finely cut the cabbage. Season generously with salt and massage the cabbage.
  • Drizzle vinegar over the cabbage. Let it marinate until serving.
  • Soak raisins or cranberries in 50 ml of STROH.
  • Finely grate carrots and celeriac, season with salt.
  • Mix together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and 1 tbsp STROH.
  • Drain cabbage and raisins or cranberries.
  • Combine cabbage with the other vegetables, raisins or cranberries, and the mayonnaise mix. Season to taste.
