INgredients for 4 Servings
- cilantro leaves
- ½ clove of garlic
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small spring onion
- 2 avocados
- juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp STROH 40
- salt
- pepper
- chili to taste
Preparation
- Finely chop cilantro, garlic, tomatoes and onion.
- Cautiously cut avocados in halves, remove the pit and the fruit flesh with a spoon. Mash the avocado pulp with a fork.
- Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper.
- If you like it spicy, add some chili to taste.
