Ingredients for 1 Glas
- 3 cl STROH 40
- 25 ml coffee liqueur
- 25 ml espresso (freshly brewed)
- a little sugar syrup (to taste)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- ice cubes
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Preparation
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add STROH, coffee liqueur, espresso, and optionally some sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Place the vanilla ice cream in a chilled martini glass and strain the drink over it.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve.
