Ingredients for 2 Glasses
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp loose wild berry tea (or 1 tea bag)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ untreated lemon
- Ice cubes
- 50 g fresh or frozen berries
- 50 ml STROH 40
- Fresh berries and mint for garnish
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the wild berry tea, honey, and lemon juice, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and allow it to cool completely, ideally in the refrigerator.
- Place ice cubes into two glasses and add the berries.
- Pour over the cold tea and STROH, stir gently, and serve garnished with fresh berries and mint.
