Make summer punch season.

Who says punch is only for winter? This refreshing berry punch is the perfect summer drink – light, fruity, and beautifully vibrant. Served ice-cold, it’s simply irresistible on warm days, both in taste and appearance.

Ingredients for 2 Glasses

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp loose wild berry tea (or 1 tea bag)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ untreated lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • 50 g fresh or frozen berries
  • 50 ml STROH 40
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish

 

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add the wild berry tea, honey, and lemon juice, and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture and allow it to cool completely, ideally in the refrigerator.
  • Place ice cubes into two glasses and add the berries.
  • Pour over the cold tea and STROH, stir gently, and serve garnished with fresh berries and mint.
