Gives Melon Popsicle a delicious twist

When it's hot outside, watermelons are one of the most refreshing fruits. But as popsicles, they are irresistible. This treat quickly becomes an absolute summer favorite.

Ingredients for 6 popsicles

  • 450 g watermelon (pulp)
  • 2-3 kiwis (depending on size)
  • 5 tbsp STROH 40
  • 80 g natural yogurt
  • optional: 1 tablespoon of icing sugar



  • Peel the kiwis and remove the stalk. Cut the kiwis into pieces and purée them.
  • Cut the watermelon pulp into pieces, remove the seeds and then purée it.
  • Add STROH to the melon purée.
  • Fill the melon-STROH mixture into popsicle molds, leave some space and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  • Mix the yogurt optionally with the sugar and add the yogurt to the melon layer.
  • Fill the popsicle form with a layer of kiwi purée. Freeze them for at least six hours or overnight.
