A delight for the senses

This wintery delight is the highlight of any menu! The enticing aroma and harmonious blend of crisp apple, spicy nuts, and a touch of STROH create a cozy and blissful experience. Served in a deep dish with delicious vanilla sauce, the baked apple is also a feast for the eyes. No one can resist its wonderful taste!

Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • 4 large ripe apples
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 pinch of ground cloves
  • chopped walnuts
  • 2 cl STROH 40
  • 100 g butter



  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Remove the core of the apples with an apple corer.
  • For the filling, mix together apricot jam, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, cloves, nuts, and STROH. Then, press 1-2 teaspoons of the filling into the apple cavities.
  • Place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each apple with a piece of butter.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes in the oven.
