Ingredients for 1 Glass

  • 4 cl STROH 80
  • 2 cl beetroot juice
  • 2 cl coconut cream
  • 0,5 cl absinthe
  • 1,5 cl verjuice
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters

 

Preparation

  • Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes and use a gold-trimmed porcelain tea service to serve.
  • Arrange two beetroot chips as a garnish.
