Preparation of biscuits

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C hot air. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add STROH rum and eggs and keep stirring. Finally add flour, salt and lemon zest.
Pour the batter into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Spray croissants or sticks evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool.

Preparation of the glaze

Heat the finished glazes in a water bath. Mix with some STROH rum. Carefully dip the biscuits, place on baking paper and allow to cool.
Put the finished biscuits in a biscuit tin and store with an apple until they become tender.
