INGREDIENTS for 2 Glasses
- 300 g fresh strawberries, 200 g of them frozen
- 6 cl STROH 40 (or STROH 60)
- 40 ml cane sugar syrup*
- Juice of 1 lime
*TIP:
Homemade cane sugar syrup is easy: Heat 2 parts cane sugar and 1 part water in a saucepan while stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Bring to a brief boil, then let it cool down.
PREPARATION
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and quarter them.
- Place 200 g of the strawberries in the freezer, and chill the remaining 100 g in the fridge.
- Squeeze the lime.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into glasses.
- Serve garnished with half a strawberry.
