Make summer punch season.

Who says punch is only for winter? This refreshing berry punch is simply irresistibe – both in appearance and taste – on warm days.

Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp mixed berry tea
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ organic lemon
  • 50 g fresh or frozen berries
  • 50 ml STROH 40
  • Fresh berries and mint for garnish

 

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil. Add the berry tea, honey, and lemon juice. Let it steep for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture to remove solids.
  • Allow the punch to cool completely.
  • Pour over ice cubes in glasses, add berries and STROH, and stir gently.
  • Decorate with fresh berries and mint.
