The Manhattan is a classic cocktail that has its roots in the 19th century. The straightforward recipe, consisting of only three ingredients, is certainly one of the many reasons why this delicious cocktail enjoys worldwide popularity. In this recipe, the whiskey is replaced with STROH, which makes the drink particularly flavorful. And, of course, let's not forget the cherry!

Ingredients for 1 glass

  • 4 dashes Angostura bitter
  • 3 cl red vermouth
  • 2 cl STROH 80 or 5 cl STROH 40

 

Preparation

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass over plenty of ice.
Strain into a well-chilled martini glass or bowl. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
