For the Jujube almond milk
- 1 l unsweetened almond milk
- 250 to 300 g of Korean Honey Jujube Tea
For the cocktail
- 3 cl STROH 60
- 3 cl rum cream
- 8 cl jujube almond milk
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Preparation
For the Jujube almond milk
- Mix 1 l of unsweetened almond milk with 250 to 300 g of Korean honey jujube tea.
For the cocktail
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes.
- Strain into Chinese wooden jujube cups or a cocktail bowl.
- Finally, grate some nutmeg over it.
