Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 200 °C. Core the apples with an apple corer.

 

FOR THE FILLING

mix together the apricot marmalade, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, cloves, nuts, and rum. Then press 1–2 tbsp of this filling into each apple’s openings. Place the apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and position a chunk of butter on top of each apple. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes.
