Ingredients for 4 Servings
- 4 large ripe apples
- 4 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp raisins
- 1 pinch of ground cloves
- chopped walnuts
- 2 cl STROH 40
- 100 g butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Remove the core of the apples with an apple corer.
- For the filling, mix together apricot jam, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, cloves, nuts, and STROH. Then, press 1-2 teaspoons of the filling into the apple cavities.
- Place the stuffed apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each apple with a piece of butter.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes in the oven.
