Ingredients for 4 Servings
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp STROH 40
- ½ squeezed organic lemon
- salt
- pepper
Preperation
- Using a whisk, slowly drizzle oil into the yolks while constantly stirring.
- Finely chop the garlic and add to the yolks.
- Add STROH and lemon juice and whisk all ingredients thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
