Jagertee is another typical trademarked Austrian specialty from STROH, based on an old recipe from 1864. Produced with fine selected tee, sugar, for the refined taste the flavour of ripe fruits like oranges, lemons or peach and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon and of course our "Original Inländer Rum" as essential ingredient.

We recommend mixing 1 part Original STROH Jagertee with max. 3 parts hot water!

Manufacturers from Germany and Europe can submit products to the international quality test for spirits. The "DLG Award Winner" label is only issued to drinks that have been found worthy of it in sensory testing and that satisfy the DLG's stringent quality criteria. The tests are divided into a sensory part in which the samples are tasted "incognito", and a chemical and physical part. Here the beverages are examined for ingredients, for instance alcohol content, density, sugar and colorants. Only drinks of above-average quality receive the DLG awards in Bronze, Silver, or even Gold.

With its International Tests the DLG leads quality assessment in Europe and is accredited in accordance with international norms.
